How do I know if my items are ready for collection?

On the day of collection/delivery, we will usually post the status update in our groupchats as per the sample image.

Once you have tallied that your orders are here, you may proceed for collection.

**As some items might be time sensitive (eg. ice cream), we appreciate if you collect collect them ASAP.

All frozen/chilled items will be placed in styrofoam boxes till collection.

How do I know which abbreviation is my purchased category under?

From your order summary/confirmation, you’ll usually find a 2 to 3 alphabet code in front of the product description. That will be the abbreviation used in the status update.

** If you have lost your email confirmation and are unable to view your orders, you may log in to your account to retrieve the orders.

DUE TO CURRENT COVID SITUATION, COLLECTION WILL BE CONTACTLESS

Process:
1. Text the host privately when you are downstairs at 510159.
2. Host will then respond back to you on the station (A/B/C) that your items are placed at.
3. Only if you get the host reply do you come up to collect your items. If you come up and ur items are not ready yet, we will have to invite you to wait downstairs.
4. Check your orders while packing your items at the individual station assigned to you.

*Do not loiter around so we can arrange for the next buyer to come up for collection

**If we do not get back to you immediately after getting your text, please give us some time as we might be busy clearing the current collection and there might be a queue list infront of you. Do not repeatedly text us as we do clear older messages first. Repeatedly sending message will look like new messages.

*** If you're sending someone to collect on behalf, please coordiante with them to get our reply on your assigned station OR you may get them to text us directly to liaise on this. Pls do get them to quote your name & HP number as per your order record.

Please bring along your own recycle bag / plastic bags during collection to take home your buys.
