Where is the collection point?

• Collection are usually at 510159, unless otherwise stated

Do you collect admin fee?

• No, we do not collect admin fees. There are times where sellers don’t provide delivery in which case we will arrange for a delivery guy to pick them up instead. This delivery fee will then be shared by all members who have ordered..

Why is the product that I have wishlist-ed not appearing on the groupbuy?

• There might not be enough demand. We can't be opening groupbuys for every item on the wishlist. Once we see a certain product appearing a couple of times on the wishlist, we will then move ahead to contact the supplier. It's groupbuying, not single buying.

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?

• No, we do not accept COD. Kindly understand that we will have to pay the suppliers to confirm the orders before the delivery date.

Can we collect the items another day?

• All items are to be collected on the same day of delivery as we are not a mama shop for people to come and go as they wish.

What happens if I can't collect the groupbuy on the stated date?

• You may opt for delivery at a small fee.

How much is delivery to my place?

• $4.50 for Pasir Ris & $5 - $6 for Tampines and Loyang. There are times when our couriers are unable to make it. In this event, an adhoc rate will be charged instead (according to grab express/lalamove).

Is there free delivery?

• Sorry, we do not provide free delivery as our drivers are paid on a per drop basis. If vendors are to offer free delivery over a certain amount, we will definitely open it to all members to hit free delivery if possible.

Why do I see the same product selling at a lower price elsewhere?

• It's an open market, we might be getting from different sources with different prices. Please buy only if you're comfortable with the product or pricing.

Can anyone post their groupbuy?

• Sorry, we do not allow that. Please go through the admin before posting as we want to avoid any clash/conflict of interest. Do understand we have taken our time and effort to build up the group too, so please do not just ride on our hard work. Thanks.

• We will need to know the lead time, MOQ, discounts available (if any), delivery time/day range.

Do you guys collab with HBB?

• Yes we do! But before we proceed, we’ll need a few things from you.

What does HBB need to provide you with?

• We will need to know if you have a WSQ Food Safety cert, followed by the usual price list, MOQ, lead time etc.

Why the need for Food Safety Cert for HBB than regulars stores when collaborating?

• For stores, they would have had their hygiene cert. Do understand that we are just being safe. We don't want our members to have any issues after getting from HBB.
